  • Ricotta + Thyme (vegan) – House-made vegan ricotta, spiced agave drizzle, thyme, toasted sourdough

Second Course (choose one)

  • Crispy Pork Belly – Chipotle honey-glazed pork belly on a bed of red pepper risotto, fried shallot, fresh herbs
  • Spaghetti Squash Bolognese (vegan) – Portabella mushroom bolognese, roasted spaghetti squash, vegan whipped ricotta

Third Course (choose one)

  • Tiramisu – House-made from scratch
  • Spiced Citrus Mousse (vegan) – Vegan citrus mousse with subtle spice
