- Mexico City-Style Quesadilla (V) – stuffed with sautéed squash, with choice of black beans, smashed beans, or calabacitas
- El Bandito Burrito! – flour tortilla stuffed with grilled adobo steak, grilled Poc Chuc chicken, and sautéed fajita veggies; filled with choice of beans, smothered in red chili sauce, and topped with guacamole and Seis sauce
