  • ½ lb Smoked Chicken – Basted in our homemade mole BBQ sauce
  • ½ lb Smoked Brisket Bandirria – Chopped prime brisket simmered in Arizona red chile sauce
  • ⅓ lb House-Made Sausage Link – Choice of:
    • Chile Relleno Link (beef/pork with roasted poblano peppers and Monterey Jack cheese)
    • Tucson Hot Link (all beef sausage made with Agua Chiltepean)

Accompaniments

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 3 sides (choose from creamy mac & cheese, borracho beans, dill potato salad, or sunflower crunch salad)

Dessert

  • Smoked Crack Pie
